Implemented Ability to Expand and Contract Instruction Directory menu options

Hi,

Not crucial but would be good to have the ability to expand and contract each heading in the Instruction Directory.

Especially if we get the future ability to be able to use our own saved sets.

Have the saved sets at the top with the ability to expand and contract via + or - buttons or similar. Also the ability to expand all and contract all as well

Hey Paul! I have started development on improving the Instructions Dictionary and have included the ability to expand/collapse the sections as well as the search functionality suggested by @Grantham Good (Will be available in the next update!)
